During this course you will learn to work the Windows program.

Word
This is a word processing program, which teaches you how to enter, to make a lay-out, safe and print out letters, reports, essays and papers.
Parts of this course are:
- selecting a menu
- making, saving, opening and closing a document
- the lay- out of a document (bold, italics, underline, superscript, subscript, letter type etc.)
- delete, remove, change your text
- page set up
- paragraphs, indents and spacing, columns, bullets and numbering, header and footer
Entry requirement: Knowledge of the Widows program
Excel
This is an electronic calculator, which can be used for calculations, designing and data analysis. You can also use this program to present results. Another possibility for this program is to enter and pass on budgets, estimates, statistics, schedules and diagrams. Parts of this course are:
- moving in a worksheet
- selecting cells
- enter and change data
- formula and functions
- Edit-Fill-Series (Relative and Absolute cell references)
- Changing and lay-out of work sheets
- Diagrams

Access
Access is a program in which data can be stored in a data base. It is a database management system. Examples of this database are:
- business relations, costumers and sales
- employees, members registration
- invoices, payments and accountancy
- planning

- redefining tables
- printing tables
- building query’s
- creating, printing and redefining reports
- creating, printing and redefining forms

Outlook
This is a management information program, in which it is possible to manage messages, appointments, contacts and tasks. This program can also be used for extern and intern communication. A document which is made in another Microsoft program can easily be sent to a colleague within the company or a colleague in another country.
